Room rates will be at the current rate displayed on the website and are available in print on request. In the unlikely event that a pre-booked room becomes unavailable for use, Crystal House will find alternative accommodation for the guests affected. Any additional cost over the original room rate will be met by Crystal House.

Check-in and Check-out Times

2. Guests may check-in from 2pm until 6pm on the day of arrival. On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 10am. Failure to do so will entitle Crystal House to charge for an additional night.

If a direct booking (made in person, by phone or on our own website) is cancelled with greater than 24 hours until the arrival date, there will be a cancellation charge equivalent to the value of the first nights stay.
